Rick, Irene, Luna, and Theo

Buddha at the Gas Pump (BatGap Non-Profit) is administered by Rick and Irene Archer. Rick prepares for and conducts the interviews while Irene selects the guests to be interviewed (each doing many other BatGap-related things). We are immensely grateful to our team of volunteers for their invaluable and vital contributions.

We live in a small town in rural Iowa with our two dogs. BatGap is a labor of love. Rick has always been inquisitive and interested in all things spiritual while Irene has always felt called to serve/help others (including Rick!).

Rick and Irene both spent many years teaching meditation and attending long meditation courses.
